St Philips aims to be a ‘family friendly’ church and families with school age children currently comprise over half of the St Philips community.
Our vision is to support and encourage one another in the all encompassing busyness that can typify family life.
Practically we do this by friendship, ‘doing life together’, offering practical help and support, babysitting, small groups, weekends away, and one off fun events such as kids’ discos. |

Kids Church

Treasure Seekers @ St Philips - Ages 6-12
Exploring God in an active, safe, fun, and caring environment.
Building friendships / relationships with each other and Christ.
Diggers @ St Philips - Ages 1-5 years
Digging for new discoveries about ourselves, our families and God Fun, friendship, singing, craft and laughter.
Creche facilities are also available for ‘babes in arms’ |
Playgroups

There are two weekly playgroups at St Philips, including school holidays:
Thursdays 10am-12pm
Fridays 9.30-11.30 am
The playgroups are free and newcomers are welcome. Come along on the day or contact the church office for more details. |
