Making disciples who make disciples

Get involved.

We want more people to know Jesus, grow in his love and help others follow him. Come and be part of that with us.

Our vision

To live out our mission, we all have a part to play.

Our church is shaped by people bringing their prayers, friendships, gifts, time and resources. Together, we can help others encounter Jesus in Cottesloe and beyond.

Your part will look different in different seasons. Explore the ways below and choose a place to begin.

  • People praying together at St Philip’s in March 2023.

    Pray

    Seek God with us

We depend on God for all we do. Pray for our church, our neighbours and people coming to know Jesus. Make prayer part of everyday life and join with others as we seek God together.

  • People sharing a table and conversation at St Philip’s.

    Belong

    Grow in faith together

Following Jesus is something we do together. Make room for friendship, open the Bible with others and encourage one another through the week. A Connect Group is a good place to begin.

    Serve

    Bring what you have

The life of St Philips is shared by people who teach, welcome, make music, serve food and care for others. Bring your gifts and the time you have. Let us know what interests you and explore where you could serve.

    Give

    Support our shared ministry

If St Philips is your church home, prayerfully consider giving to support the ministry we share. Choose an amount and rhythm that fit your circumstances. Your place here does not depend on what you can give.

Michael & Ashlynne Davis

St Philip’s is an official church partner of Michael and Ashlynne Davis through the Church Missionary Society (CMS). They serve alongside the Solomon Islands Translation Advisory Group, helping communities access and engage with the Bible in their own languages.

Ashlynne works as a translation adviser, while Michael helps local Christians engage more deeply with Scripture. We support their ministry through prayer, giving and an ongoing relationship.
